Preamble
For the second group’s book the Effective Executive chapter 1 was chosen.
We managed to have the meeting for this one in person at the Q4 2024 Hacker House.
It’s been a few weeks since then so I’d be curious on everyone’s thoughts on the work.
I personally have applied this technique for the structure for how Anoma engineering operates given the men that I have under my wing. I in particular like the idea of building upon strengths as although it’s common sense it’s not “obvious”. We will likely cover more chapters of this book as it’s ripe with useful knowledge
